Finding A Nanny Position
First State Nannies was built with nannies in mind. We take great pride in our matchmaking process! Having been in your shoes we go the extra mile to make sure that the families we place our nannies with are consistent, communicates well and understands the important role you serve in their lives.
Nanny Qualifications
Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years of age & out of high school.
- Must be reliable, honest, and have a genuine love for children.
- Verifiable Professional References (cannot be family or friends)
- Must have a minimum of 3 years of professional nanny experience.
- Have a clean background check.
- A valid Driver's License, Clean driving record and Reliable vehicle
- Legally authorized to work in the US
- Agree to annual training.
- CPR & First Aid Certified. (doesn't have to be before interview)
