At First State Nannies, we take great pride in our matchmaking process. Using our expertise in the field and being parents ourselves, we go the extra mile to make sure that the candidates that are presented and placed with you is trustworthy, reliable and provides exceptional childcare service!
Our Process
Consultation
The first step in our process is filling out a family registration form.
We will then be able to schedule a zoom or an in-person consultation, we will take the time to get to know your family's unique needs and preferences. We'll ask about your children's ages, schedules, and any special needs or concerns you may have.
We'll also discuss your ideal nanny's qualifications, experience, and personality.
Nanny search & screening
We will begin our search for your elite nanny using the information gathered during your consultation. Our rigorous 8-step screening process ensures that the candidate we place is trustworthy, experienced, and dedicated to providing a safe and nurturing environment for children. Each candidate will undergo a comprehensive background & motor vehicle check, 10-panel drug screening , reference verification, and nanny training.
Interview
Once you have chosen the candidates you want to meet with, we will set up interviews at times that works best with your schedule.
As an added bonus we will provide you with a list of sample interview questions.
Placement
Following a successful interview, you have the choice to extend an employment offer or continue interviewing other candidates.
When you decide to extend an offer, a written employment agreement will be signed by both parties.
